Morna is fully invested in you 100% from the start of the seven week course, and makes you feel so comfortable in her presence. I went from feeling quite low in week 1 to feeling much more enthusiastic and hopeful after week 7. Morna helped me see, with a little gentle coaxing, that with the right balance of healthy eating/exercise/’me time’. That I can feel good, if not better, through this transition, and feel that my hormones are not taking over all the time!

“I’d like to say how much I have enjoyed the process and how much I have learned, with many “aha” moments along the way. My only wish was that I’d had the opportunity to do something like this course around 6 years ago when (as I now realise) I started to experience quite severe perimenopause symptoms.
